Traditional Payroll

Our Traditional Payroll solution is just what it sounds like: Payroll the traditional way. You choose to call us or we call you. You can fax us your payroll timesheets or email your hours. Either way, we will input the data into our systems for you and within minutes you will be notified by email that your payroll and payroll reports are ready for viewing electronically.

We can print your checks and vouchers and deliver them to you, and print the reports for you as well. If all your employees receive direct deposit, we can setup Paperless Payroll so they can view their paystubs online!

CommpayHR Online

With CommpayHR Online, our web-based payroll processing system, you can enter new employees, change employee master information, enter payroll information, and process your payroll with ease, from anywhere in the world. And with CommpayHR Online, we can expand upon that to create an employee-friendly Employee Self-Service system and a complete HR information database so you can start keeping all employee records online.

With CommpayHR Online, you can enter the data directly into a traditional employee grid, or one where its easy to allocate hours and rates into multiple departments and job codes. CommpayHR Online also integrates easily with outside systems such as timeclocks, point of sale, or other employee management systems.
